[BUG] error when running the new MCP tool code > find_symbols

Description

After updating today and using God mode, the find_symbols tool failed with:

error: "find_symbols failed: UnsupportedOperationException: Use RdChooseByNameContributor.processNamesLifetimed"

Steps to reproduce

1. Open IDE on any project
2. Start a new Claude chat
3. Type Look up the symbols of `
4. Observe receiving the above error

• OS: ArchLinux (fully updated as of 2026-09-16)
• IDE: JetBrains Rider 2026.2.1
• Plugin version: 6.0.0
• claude binary version: 2.1.273 (Claude Code)
