Patches WebAuthn and vulnerable parser/tooling dependencies in both workspace and standalone CLI lockfiles. Removes generated node_modules previously committed despite existing ignore rules. Validation: zero npm audit findings, lint, 46 Jest tests, CLI build, WebAuthn challenge/malformed response controls. No production credential ceremony was attempted.
