Animal Crossing: Wild World - upload/download endpoints

AFAICT, the AC:WW endpoint was used for Message Bottles - one of the AltWFC captures shows the endpoint in use, with data being returned from the database.

I expect we need to delete a row when some is sent? Users seem to upload it every time on connection anyway, and if it is message bottle data we may end up sending the same message to many users. However, I might be wrong here, and we may wish to leave it alone to begin with.

The upload and download endpoints are used for Blanca's face texture.

Thank you for letting me know. Is the feature working with the project current state or does it need #75?

It needs that change to work as intended, yeah. It downloads a random face on every connect to WFC and will upload if it hasn't yet(?) or if the player designed a new one. I've not personally tested this repo's implementation but the game expects the data to be sent back as-is with how another player uploaded it.
