[WIP] Translate commands into job specific pet commands

• Create main PetTranslator.lua addon file
• Implement command interception for Go, Stop, and Bye commands
• Add job detection for BST, PUP, and SMN
• Map commands to job-specific pet commands:
  • BST: Fight, Heel, Leave
