Required Environment

• SECAPI_API_KEY: your secapi.ai API key.
• SECAPI_BASE_URL: defaults to https://api.secapi.ai.

What It Does

• Finds recent 10-K filings for a ticker.
• Provides accession numbers and filing URLs for a section-level comparison workflow.
