No option to bind anything to account ring

[angombc]

Currently, when I pull up the options for an item/skill/etc. I have the option to bind it to the utility ring, or another custom character specific ring, but no option to bind it to an account-wide ring. The only way to bind stuff to an account ring is the "loadout" tab, which doesn't cover all the possibilities. One such case is the abilities to pull up the crafting windows.

Not sure if there's some new generic "crafting window", but professions are tied to your character, not your account. Account loadout should only show things you can use across the entire account.
