… deep-dive (#375) A subtle "surfacing from the brain" card pops up over the constellation every ~3s, one at a time, showing a random punchy memory (biased to his short quips — 15-150 chars, no bare links — the memorable/funny ones), with a bouncy pop-in / fade-out animation. Placed in a safe band over the bull (clear of the HUD + bottom controls), starts after the cinematic intro lands, hides while a deep-dive modal is open. Tap it → opens the full node context popup (context/relation + Solscan + X). Pure frontend, no config.ts. Verified in-browser: memories cycle at new positions with the pop animation; clicking one opened its deep-dive ("weekly is safest, here i think daily is fine", ♥78). …ays on) (#376) Opening the chat + asking a question populated highlightIds (recalled_ids), which dropped the whole particle field to 25% brightness to spotlight the recalled nodes — so the constellation "went dark". Removed that field-dimming: recalls still stand out because the recalled nodes brighten to cyan on their own, but the rest of the field now stays fully lit. No config.ts. Pure-curl verifier for the documented silent-failure modes /health cannot see: dead route modules, broken SPA static mounts, missing MCP discovery, and the PRIVY_APP_ID build-arg bake (greps the served chat bundle for the literal id when PRIVY_APP_ID is set). Validated 5/5 against live prod and the staging preview; exits non-zero on a broken target. Runbook step 1 (01-iac-and-cutover.md) calls for exactly this check after every Cloud Build deploy.
