For my own use, I converted RoomVisual.js to RoomVisual.ts. This PR is an extraction of the types from my local fork, so js and ts users can have typings to go with your js source.
If you'd prefer that I make a bigger PR to convert your .js to .ts that gets compiled to .ts and .d.ts, I can do that instead.
