Uses the same bundle ID style as the other toolkit apps (
io.github.scooper4711.*). The iPad app and the App Store record will share one ID, and a record's ID can't change later, so this has to happen first. No Mapsmith release has been downloaded, so nothing is lost; only window layouts lived in the old container.Closes #15
