🛠️ Summary
Change terraform-docs step to not git push, instead, call the API to create commits, these will be verified.
🚀 Motivation
We have a policy in place that enforces verified commits on PRs. When we use the terraform-docs action to git push, these commits are not verified, breaking the policy and thus bricking PRs. This change fixes this.
