Mac 原生适配与 Windows 的诊断日志、管理认证恢复从同一公开基线并行开发。本 PR 以普通合并保留双方提交和功能：新增 Keychain、菜单栏、完整签名应用包、Unix 存储保护及临时 warm-fork 兼容，同时保留远端诊断、重新引导、多标签续期与 Windows 托盘修复。
冲突逐处组合，保留平台命令、SIGTERM 排空、退出原因与脱敏 HTTP 日志。API 1.8 / SQLite schema 3 不变。公开文档仅含通用说明与脱敏摘要，本机私人资料保留在本地备份。
验证：macOS 完整入口通过；Go 普通/race 各 302 个通过事件，24 项前端单测、23 项浏览器回归、2 项 Go API 联调；外置 CLI 五阶段与内置 app-server 八轮 fork race；临时 Keychain、凭据迁移/回滚、应用包及 ZIP 签名、启动与退出排空通过。Windows 主程序和全部测试包交叉编译通过，实际 Windows 与 Apple Silicon / Intel macOS 的完整 CI 均通过。
未部署或重启当前安装程序，未改真实配置或凭据，未执行真实账号/桌面 UI 验收。详细边界见 docs/verification.md。
