📌 Mission Statement & Problem Context

Deployments in high-altitude forward posts, remote border outposts, submarines, and counter-insurgency sectors demand extraordinary physical and psychological resilience. Operational isolation, extreme climatic exposure, and mission stress can severely impact personnel mental endurance.

Sentinel bridges the frontline wellness divide by providing defense personnel with confidential, judgment-free daily cognitive check-ins, offline binaural soundscapes, live AI voice companionship, and secure military telehealth.

Commanding Officers and Regimental Medical Officers (RMO) receive anonymized, aggregated squad readiness telemetry to identify high-burnout cohorts without compromising individual soldier confidentiality or dignity.

🚀 Getting Started Locally

Prerequisites

• Node.js: v18.0.0 or higher
• npm: v9.0.0 or higher

1. Clone the Repository

1. Zero Hardcoded Secrets: Sensitive API keys and Supabase credentials are strictly injected via runtime environment variables.
2. Defensive Headers: Server fingerprinting is disabled (x-powered-by: false), payload limits enforced, and HTTP security headers applied across all endpoints.
3. Resilient Error Boundaries: React Error Boundary wrappers prevent blank screen crashes in forward operational environments.
