Remove PostHog analytics entirely: the telemetry package, its baked build keys, the ldflags and verify-bake checks, and the release workflow vars. The review client surface it resolved moves into the CLI, where it still labels gx Cloud review history. Remove the vendored review-knowledge corpus and its indexing pipeline. The documents are third-party material under their publishers' terms. The source list stays at docs/review-knowledge-sources.yaml, which the language-tag contract test now reads. Add NOTICE with copyright to Joe LaChance under AGPL-3.0-only, plus CONTRIBUTING, SECURITY, CODE_OF_CONDUCT, CODEOWNERS, issue and PR templates, and README sections on privacy, review knowledge, building from source, and licensing. Add a Go CI workflow on Linux and macOS. Delete the outdated CONTEXT.md and the unused docs-site stub, and scrub local /Users/joe paths from code, tests, and docs. TestCleanupStaleStacksMarksMissingBookmarkStacksClosed committed in a temp repo without setting user.name or user.email, so it borrowed the machine's identity. Linux CI runners have none, and git refused the commit. The test now configures the repo itself, as its sibling tests do.
