Improves the public Oracle Recruiting connector while preserving complete-manifest validation.\n\n- Requests the documented maximum 100 roles per list page (previously 25)\n- Uses bounded concurrency of 8 detail requests (previously 4)\n- Keeps failure, duplicate, and complete-manifest checks unchanged\n\nThis makes large verified employer boards substantially quicker to ingest without publishing a partial snapshot.
