first pass at a manifest-driven deployment installer for cluster tooling. The new installer supports separate common and sarus modes, discovers tool providers dynamically, installs selected tools from YAML manifests, stages binaries/support artifacts, and writes an installation manifest for traceability. It currently covers Podman static components, SquashFS tools, squashfuse, and Sarus Suite Parallax tools, with initial unit tests and a Vagrant-based Ubuntu 24.04 validation setup
