I was trying to learn how GraphRAG works WITHOUT using LlamaIndex/Langchain, i.e., I wanted to know how the actual indexing/retrieval works & what components are involved for the same. I hope this helps anyone who wants to know what the barebones process is :) Of course, there are SO many enhancements that can be made. This is just a learning exercise without all of the framework hassles.
