In the project directory, you can run:

npm start

Runs the app in the development mode.
Open http://localhost:3000 to view it in the browser.

1. Home page have two links with Clock and Giphy
2. On Click Clock page renders to 1st requirement
3. On Click Giphy page renders to 2nd requrement , which uses Giphy API key with limit 5 and renders images
