API reference: surface Analytics as its own sidebar group#173

The `Analytics` tag and `/v1/analytics/stats` path were registered in the OpenAPI spec, but missing from the `x-tagGroups` extension Scalar uses to build the sidebar — so the endpoint was rendered as invisible at riftl.ink/api-reference. Add an "Analytics" top-level group.
