The \ after the block-scalar indicator is not valid YAML syntax (the parser reports did not find expected comment or line break at this line). GitHub Actions will therefore reject the entire CodeQL workflow before it can run, disabling both pull-request analysis and the scheduled vulnerability scan; use run: | without the backslash.
