Connection Attempt Failed

[A-S-K-3]

A connection attempt failed because the connected party did not properly respond after a period of time, or established connection failed because connected host has failed to respond [2001:b28:f23f:f005::a]:443

This occurs always

I get this too : "A connection attempt failed because the connected party did not properly respond after a period of time, or established connection failed because connected host has failed to respond 149.154.175.100:443"
