SPEED_LIMITER The speed changes only in D and R mode. When we turn the speed limit on, ECU2 read the limit speed using I2C from EEPROM and send it to ECU1 using SPI. The speed limit works only in D mode and the maximum speed in R mode is 30 KM/H.
