Writing a blog post

Add one markdown file and push:

blog/<section>/<YYYY-MM-DD>-<slug>.md

• Section: the folder name (travels, thoughts, ...). A new folder becomes a new section automatically.
• Date: taken from the filename.
• Title: the first # Heading line in the file.
• Drafts: start the filename with _ (e.g. _2026-11-01-wip.md) and it won't show up.
• Images: put them next to the post and use a relative path, ![alt](photo.jpg).
• Don't add --- front matter: GitHub Pages would turn the file into HTML and the blog couldn't read it.

The live site gets the post list from the GitHub API. Locally, it reads the folder listing from python3 -m http.server.
