- Add Changesets for versioning and changelog
- Add release workflow using changesets/action
- Enable npm trusted publishers
- Simplify CI
- Simplify release workflow to use changesets/action - Uses trusted publishers (no NPM_TOKEN needed) - Removes manual changeset check (action handles it)
