Following #10, this PR adds support for PQC (defined in draft-kampanakis-curdle-ssh-pq-ke-01).
This is my last (at least for now ;) PR related to the Key Exchange protocol (and like the previous one, I'm not the author of this PR, which is preserved in the git commit).
