This was going to make importing thorin-dwp-bin into our monorepo annoying, and it was easy enough to accomplish.

This is clearly broken in some subtle way (eg archive.test failing) but I'm not seeing it today. I intend to come back to this, but it might not be for a while and I won't be offended if someone else wants to pick it up and run with it. |
