Updates the README introduction to describe pkb as a local-first personal knowledge base that serves ingested context to LLM agents. Adds a concrete social-feed-to-agent workflow example while preserving X/Twitter bookmarks as the first source extractor. This clarifies the broader product direction after the package and CLI were renamed to pkb. Validated with PYTHONPATH=src python3 -m pytest.
