Renames the Python package and console entry point from pkb-x/pkb_x to pkb so the project can grow beyond X as its first data source. Updates README commands, project metadata, CLI help, tests, and the outbound page user agent to use the new name. X/Twitter remains documented as the initial source extractor while the product framing is now a general personal knowledge base. Validated with PYTHONPATH=src python3 -m pytest.
