This PR adds a derived FTS5 SQLite search index for the markdown corpus under
data/.state/search.sqlite, separate from the extractor state database.It introduces markdown frontmatter parsing, incremental reindexing, stale-file cleanup, search and browse APIs, and
pkb-x index,pkb-x search, andpkb-x browseCLI commands with JSON output.Extraction now refreshes the search index after a run, and incremental skip logic compares stored metadata as well as the body hash so frontmatter-only changes do not leave stale filters.
Validated with
PYTHONPATH=src python3 -m pytest,PYTHONPATH=src python3 -m compileall -q src, andgit diff --check.
