Adds a local-first Python CLI for extracting X bookmarks into a personal knowledge-base archive. The extractor supports OAuth 2.0 PKCE, bookmark pagination, best-effort thread reconstruction, outbound link text extraction, raw JSON/HTML preservation, Markdown rendering, and resume state. Runtime data and credentials are kept under gitignored
data/, with setup and usage documented inREADME.md. Validated withpython3 -m pytest -q.
