Targeted uv.lock upgrades (Dependabot #72, #73, #78, #79, #86, #87, #88, #89): - fastapi 0.136.1 -> 0.141.1 - structlog 25.5.0 -> 26.1.0 (CalVer; used API surface — get_logger, stdlib.BoundLogger, ProcessorFormatter, standard processors — is unchanged) - numpy 2.5.1 -> 2.5.3 - polars 1.42.1 -> 1.44.2 - pytest 9.0.3 -> 9.1.1 - hypothesis 6.152.4 -> 6.168.0 - pydantic-settings 2.14.1 -> 2.15.0 - sse-starlette 3.4.6 -> 3.4.11 Deliberately EXCLUDES anthropic: the dep is unpinned, so an upgrade resolves to 1.7.0 (the SDK 1.0 major with breaking API changes), not the 0.121.0 Dependabot proposed. Left for separate human review (#82). Verified locally: ruff check + format, mypy (0 issues, 80 files), and the full pytest suite pass (the 1-2 flaky full-suite failures are pre-existing test isolation issues — main fails them too and CI is green on both).
