getPegInDepositAddress reads the on-chain PegInAddressRegistry and base58- encodes the raw payload to the BTC address (verified vector 0xc414..f09d -> 2Mu99L6N..); estimatePegIn reads calculatePegInFee + getRequiredPegInConfirmations from FlyoverConfigurations (no LP quote); buildPeginBtcTransaction + OP_RETURN builder honoring the ~80-byte cap; new typechain bindings/ABIs; isRegistered passthrough. PegInAddressRegistryand reads fees fromFlyoverConfigurations, then builds the BTC transaction (optionalOP_RETURN), instead of negotiating a quote.
