flyover-sdk — commit-first peg-in (E6)

Client derives the deposit address from PegInAddressRegistry and reads fees from FlyoverConfigurations, then builds the BTC transaction (optional OP_RETURN), instead of negotiating a quote. New typechain bindings/ABIs; getPegInDepositAddress, estimatePegIn, OP_RETURN builder (honors the ~80-byte cap), isRegistered. Old quote methods left intact; new contracts instantiated lazily. Build + 383 tests green. PoC scope. Draft — not for merge.

🤖 Generated with Claude Code

getPegInDepositAddress reads the on-chain PegInAddressRegistry and base58-
encodes the raw payload to the BTC address (verified vector
0xc414..f09d -> 2Mu99L6N..); estimatePegIn reads calculatePegInFee +
getRequiredPegInConfirmations from FlyoverConfigurations (no LP quote);
buildPeginBtcTransaction + OP_RETURN builder honoring the ~80-byte cap;
new typechain bindings/ABIs; isRegistered passthrough. Old quote methods
left intact; new contracts instantiated lazily. Build + 383 tests pass.
