fix: show hover effects on keyboard focus in SteamSummary

Summary

Apply the hover-only effects in SteamSummary to :focus-visible as well.

Motivation

The visual-kei-reviewer agent flagged two :hover rules (.game-image saturation and .game-overlay crimson tint) with no :focus-visible counterpart. Keyboard users tabbing through the game cards saw none of the hover feedback. card-base already provides a visible focus outline, so this only aligns the extra effects with it.

Changes

• .game-image and .game-overlay hover selectors now also match .group:focus-visible.

Testing

• bun run format and bun run lint pass
• Tab through the game cards and confirm the image brightens and the overlay appears
