sleap-deps tensorflow with conda-forge opencv & pyside (windows)

We started getting some errors in our github actions on the main sleap repo regarding the tensorflow package for linux and windows:

This experiment aims to find which dependencies we need to add additional constraints to for the sleap-deps tensorflow package.
