Argh, the version of PySide6==6.4.0 that has the DLL library that we need for QtCharts has some other problems... namely:

Exception: qt.qpa.plugin: Could not find the Qt platform plugin "windows" in ""
This application failed to start because no Qt platform plugin could be initialized. Reinstalling the application may fix this problem.

This experiment tests if this is a problem with the later PySide6 versions as well, and it doesn't seem to be the case for the latest Pyside6==4.7.2. It might be easier to conform and just not use QtCharts.
