Thank you for your work on this dataset! It appears that the website currently hosting the dataset files is not reachable, which causes the download script to fail. When attempting to run the download, the request times out when trying to access codh.rois.ac.jp.
Here is the error that occurs:

Is there an updated mirror or alternative source for downloading the dataset? If so, it might also help to update the download script to point to the new location. Thank you!
