[Improvement] Update a2a-sdk version to support the newer agent-card .well-known path.

The current required version of A2A (a2a-sdk==0.2.10) uses a deprecated A2ACardResolver which checks the path .well-known/agent.json which has been updated to .well-known/agent-card.json. Recommended solution would be to update to a2a-sdk>=0.3.0.
