The chat keeps the size a visitor gave its panel in localStorage from the design release robertblust/design#290 carries, so that a link opened in a new tab finds the panel at that size. This model's chat-size entry said session-storage, and the privacy page is drawn from it: left as it was, the page would say the size ends with the tab when it no longer does. The mechanism is local-storage now, with the duration every other item kept that way states, Until the visitor clears it; the tagline is unchanged, so the site's German for it is unchanged too.

The site's privacy page moves the row from "Kept in this tab" to "Kept in your browser" on the content re-pin that takes this commit, which should be the same pull request that takes the design release. Sibling pull requests: robertblust/design#290, companygraph/mental-model#137 and guestgraph/mental-model#79.

Verified: the instance check at the release the manifest names, conventions-check and conventions-format pass.
