πΎ Fuelcast
An advanced projection tool utilizing remote sensing and machine learning to map near real-time rangeland forage production and fuel conditions across the Western US. Helps managers and fire specialists predict grazing capacity and fire hazards.
A high-performance C++ simulator designed to model non-forested vegetation succession, biomass, fuel characteristics, and fire/grazing disturbances. It integrates directly with the U.S. Forest Service's Forest Vegetation Simulator (FVS) to provide comprehensive landscape-level projections.
When Iβm not building cloud data pipelines or ecological simulators, you can find me playing traditional Irish music in the Seattle session scene. π»
