packages/pi tested against RivetKit 3.0.1 through an exact dev pin, while users get the newest 3.x, currently 3.0.4.

• The lockfile resolves both to 3.0.4. examples/docs must resolve to the same version as packages/pi, because a second RivetKit copy breaks its type check.
• tests/watch.test.ts waits up to 10 s for the client to reconnect after sleep. On 3.0.4 that takes about 1.3 to 2.1 s, longer than the default 1 s wait.
• tests/published-0.5.5 stays on 3.0.1, because it reproduces the published 0.5.5.
• Removes the pi-rivetkit-newest CI job.
