[BUG] The system build fails because `Cursor_BibataIce.tar.gz` cannot be downloaded from the upstream HyDE repository

Bug Description

The system build fails because Cursor_BibataIce.tar.gz cannot be downloaded from the upstream HyDE repository. The URL https://github.com returns a 404 Not Found error. This breaks the Bibata-Modern-Ice package build, which subsequently causes home-manager-path.drv and the entire NixOS system derivation to fail.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Configure a standard hydenix flake on NixOS.
2. Ensure home-manager or system modules invoke the hydenix profiles that include the default theme components.
3. Run sudo nixos-rebuild switch --flake .#hydenix (or with --option sandbox false).
4. Look at the download failure log for Cursor_BibataIce.tar.gz.
