The 2.x tree (app/, core/, listener/, pubspec, Flutter workflows) moves out of main and stays supported on the v2-stable branch, at c0601ca. What lands instead is the workspace skeleton: cp-core, cp-store, cp-mac-sys and cp-mac, with unsafe forbidden everywhere except the -sys crate, plus the CI guards for conventions, deterministic tests and commit messages. Licensing, CLA and legal documents are untouched. The README stays as it is until the first 3.0 release, with a note about what is coming; its logo moved to resources/ because it used to live inside app/.
