Follows #206. The data release writes a resolved finding's summary as its latest rationale (rewire-bio/rewire-benchmark-data#199), so the page showed the same text in the intro and again in the Resolved banner. The banner now shows the rationale only when it differs from the summary.
The resolved test fixture now matches what the data release writes: low severity, no sources or results, the label "AlphaGenome and Borzoi: resolved", one known system, and the last rationale as its summary. docs/contested-results.md is updated.
