Tutorials changed: simple OU, relaxed OU
Things changed: typos, prior distributions for alpha and sigma2, graphical model representation
Things added: alternative option to put prior distributions on half-life and stationary variance
Note: markdown files and scripts are updated and consistent with one another. Plots were generated from the old Rev scripts pending update (this should not affect the functionality of the tutorials)
