Нужно добавить описание как работать с этими фильтрами в doc, так же привести пример, что нужно написать обработчик стандартного поля в retailcrm_process_customer.
Так как не всегда достаточно просто передать поля, как в нашем случае, его необходимо дополнительно доработать.
