Summary
Align all product/adapter source versions, bundle the updated Codex and generic MCP implementations, add effective source feedback and portable local runtime safety.
Unified version
TMCRA 1.0.0-rc.1 across adapters and product source; Python uses 1.0.0rc1.
Verification
Portable/model substitution tests passed (12); service safety tests passed (31, plus the new prepare/reinstall test separately); frozen benchmark manifest verified. Standalone Codex/DSH/MCP suites passed. A clean directory bootstrapped Python 3.12.14 without system Python; 182 runtime files and 21 shared-core hashes verified; the extracted installer prepared cached verified models and real local identity successfully.
Local preview boundary
Windows x64 only for this installer. First-time Python/dependency/model downloads require internet; TMCRA servers/accounts are not required. Runtime routes memory processing locally. A host using a cloud main model can still send recalled evidence to its own provider.
Full model acceptance is partial: synthetic CPU ingest/raw recall passed; complex compilation timed out at 600 seconds. Organizer and full restart recovery remain pending; the release retains RC status. Current test machine lacks the approximately 6.3 GiB free memory needed for another complete model run. Production services, real memory and existing user-installed plugins were not changed.
Publishing
Publish versioned release assets after checks pass, then refresh existing marketplace submissions without claiming upstream acceptance.
