Verified this initial seed against rad-app staging commit 1b2e12f7bdef4b8d276ca5f5a015a55d3f347ee2: all 129 content files have identical Git blob hashes and modes, and every changed path is confined to content/ or the sync checkpoint. The authoritative hub snapshot replaces stale spoke content as requested; validate-content passes.
