docs(openspec): define skill distribution delivery contract - #70

…very Rewrite the frontmatter description and keywords of the root umbrella and the five public nested skills (company-research, competitor-research, url-to-markdown, brand-kit, app-store-api) with long, task-intent phrasing and natural search synonyms, following the fetcher.sh metadata style. Descriptions use folded YAML scalars and add explicit metadata.keywords lists; all keyless/zero-auth claims stay consistent with existing source. skills.sh.json grouping descriptions gain the same keyword density. No endpoint, pricing, body, or skill-set changes.
