Reshoot the README screenshots after the audit fixes - #42

Both images showed the UI from before the audit-fix series:
- the prologue was still called "Start here" in the sidebar and breadcrumb;
- code rendered with ligatures ("→ None", "≠ 0"), which the course no
longer shows;
- primary buttons had white text on the bright accent, now dark text for
contrast;
- the home-page morph had no pause control.
Retaken the way #8 did it: a production build, 1440x920 at 2x (saved at
1440x920), English, dark theme, reduced motion emulated so scroll-reveal
sections are visible and the morph holds its first shape (it therefore
shows the Play control). Same framing as before; the captions still match.
