Introduces a new "Advanced Codec Settings" menu to the settings page.
This feature is a direct port of the YourCodecs Firefox extension:
AV1, VP9, AVC (H.264), VP8, and HEVC.
Side Effect:
Disabling AV1 and VP9 (forcing a fallback to AVC) effectively resolves the Audio/Video desynchronization issue (#130).
