- tests and CI are temporarly disabled; test suite needs to be completely rewritten
- remove obsolete tests and other adjustments
- do a small cleanup - implement some more methods in the writer bases - move logics in own module
- everything passes through ophyd-async, no need for it anymore
- add run_coro function
- similar to DeviceVector but with string as key
- add a parse_map_key for supporting usage of DeviceMap
